Gee, mujha yaad hai keh aap ka baby ko achondrogenesis suspect kiya jaa raha thaa, aur jab aap say last time baat hoi thee to aap yeh decide nahin kar paa rahin theen keh pregnancy continue karain yaa nahin.
Aap na apna jo 31 weeks ultrasound share kiya hai, uss mein bhee femur length ( thigh bone length) bohot hee kam aaie hai, aur abdominal circumference bhee bohot hee kam aaya hai. Aap na apna jo doppler scan karwaya hai uski date aap nay mention nahin kee.
Jaisa keh mein nay aap ko aap kay original topic mein bataya thaa, yeh diseases aksar ( but not always) unn bachon mein hotee hain jinka parents aapas mein cousins hon ( blood relatives hon).
Aur Allah taala say doa bhee kartee rahain.

Iss ultrasound mein femur length ( thigh bone length) jaisa keh mein nay bataya, bohot kam aaie hai, magar iss ultrasound report mein humerus length ( arm bone length) nahin mention kee gae. Iss waqt aap ko regularly apni doctor kay paas visits kay liya jaana chahye takeh agar koi aur complication develop ho, for example premature labor yaa fetal distress to usko properly manage kiya jaa sakay. Leukodystrophy bhee aik genetic disorder hai jo parents say bachon mein transmit hota hai ( but not in all cases) . Iss mein brain kay white matter mein abnormalities hotee hain. Aap ko leukodystrophy kaa baaray mein kis naa bataya? Cousin marriages mein zaroori nahin keh har bacha mein hee abnormalities hon. Infact most bachay jinka parents cousins hon, woh healthy hee hota hain. Baby kaa abdominal circumference pehla kitna thaa? I completely understand keh aap iss waqt anxious hain, aur aap kay zehan mein bohot say sawal hain. Aap ko sorry karna kee zaroorat nahin, aap jo poochna chahain pooch saktee hain. reply aoa kon se complications aap keh rahe hein? jis k liye mujhy visit ziada kerna ho doctor k pas kia aise bache ki birth normal hoti hy?or ab hamien kon se test kerwane hon gy genetics ,or kia is test k bad koi medicine bhe use kerne hoti hein ?or ye k kia mere baby ko achondrogensis hy means k ye problem hy is me tu baby i think survive nahe kerta ya koch or problem hy? leuko destrophy mene 20 weeeks jab ultrasound kerwaia tha us me unho ne kaha tha may b leukodestrophy hy, mene aaap ko 20 weeks ki or 31 weeks ki donno ki ultra sound reprt di hy.

Agar next few weeks mein khuda nah kara fetal distress ho to uss soorat mein further tests kee zaroorat parray gee, fetal maturity determine karna kay liya ( magar abhee unka baaray mein fikar karna kee zaroorat nahin hai) , magar jahan tak genetic tests kee baat hai, unki iss waqt zaroorat nahin hai, magar next pregnancy plan karna say pehla aap ke aur aap kay husband ke medical history aur family history kay basis par further tests kee zaroorat parr saktee hai ( as I already mentioned to you a couple of times). Mujha nah aap ke medical history patah hai, nah aap kay husband kee, aur nah aap ke family history, iss liya mein iss position mein nahin hoon keh aap ko bata sakoon keh kon say tests karwana hon gay.
Aik martaba phir mention kar doon keh genetic disorders kee wajah say sirf kuch hee babies effected hota hain, har baby nahin.

Iski choti si misal yeh hai keh bohot see aisi genetic conditions hain jinka baaray mein andazaa kisi person ke physical apperance ko daikh kar lagaya jaata hai, for example the shape of eyes, position of eyes, shape of nose, position of ears, shape of the chin etc etc etc. Iska illawa bhee bohot see different cheezain hote hain including detailed history etc . Zahir hai yeh sab internet par nahin kiya jaa sakta, yeh sab future kay liya hai, iss waqt apni present condition ko daikhta hoa aap jitna stress say bachain gee aap kay liya behtar ho gaa. Gee haan, meri duain aap kay saath hain, aur yaad rakhain keh har cheez Allah kay haath mein hai, aur medical science kuch bhee kaha, hota wohi hai jo Allah Taala ke marzi hoti hai.
