Evaluation means visiting the doctor and getting yourself checked. Aur Hasna ke baat say agree karna ka matlab yeh thaa keh bohot se women kay 3-4 babies hota hain cesareans say. Medically, risk increase ho jaata hai, magar phir bhee aksar log yeh risk laita hain aur kae kae cesareans hota hain unka. Not good, but it still happens. Aap kay to abhee sirf 2 Cesareans hoa hain. Aap hospital mein OB/GYN department mein jaa kar apna poora case discuss karain keh kaisa aap ka 2 babies ke death hoi, aur atleast aik baby ko achondrogenesis thaa. Aap unhain yeh batay gaa keh aap aur aap kay husband cousins hain, aur aap future pregnancy ka risk determine karwana chah rahee hain. Cesarean kay baad kuch weeks tak thorra bohot liquid drain hona normal hai, magar yeh generally 8 weks tak nahin rehta. Aap doctor ko check karwa dain to make sure everything is fine. Cesarean mein uterus mein generally 2 different types kay cuts lagae jaa sakta hain, most commonly horizontal cut hota hai. Position of cut say yeh bhee determine kiya jaata hai keh future mein vaginal delivery attempt kee jaa saktee hai yaa nahin. Yeh heavy bleeding kitna din hoe? Aap jo question karna chahain pooch saktee hain, I don't mind at all, magar mein forum par bohot kam time spend karta hoon, iss liya answer mein dair ho jaati hai. |

Mein aap ke situation samajh raha hoon, keh aap kay liya apna babies ke death ka baaray mein baat karna kitna mushkil ho gaa, this is natural. Meri suggestion yeh hai keh doctor ka paas jaana say pehla aap aik paper par apni first delivery ke history, birth details, aur baby ke health etc ke details likh kar lay jaaian, takeh uss waqt koi important detail mention karna bhool nah jaaian, aur agar aap zabani nah bhee bata sakain to atleast uss papaer kay zarya doctor ko basic idea ho jae. Iska illawa apni tamam reports, first and second pregnancy ke bhee, organize kar keh lai jaaian takeh doctor ko saari details maalom ho jaaen.
Gee, iss baat ka chance hai keh yeh 5 days ke bleeding aap ka first period thaa, after cesarean. Aur jaisa keh mein nay pehla bataya, generally 8 weeks baad drainage nahin hoti, aap behtar hai doctor ko check karwa dain.
And one request for you. Jab question post karain to sentences ka beech mein (.) laga dia karain, otherwise samajh mein nahin aata keh kab pehla sentence khatam hoa aur kab doosra shorow, aur baat clear samajh mein nahin aati. Aur aap kay question ko samajhna, usko reply karna kay muqable mein zyada difficult ho jaata hai.

asal me problem ye hy or mene akser aapk o bataia hy k jab mera first baby hoa tu us waqt jab me ultra sound k liye jate the tu tab doctors ne koi problem nahe btaia,,,leken jab deleivery hoe tu 2 hours k baad us ko fits aye or tab child specialist ne oxygen laga dy or gynaecolgy doc ne kaha aisa ho jata hota hy ya woh apni koi galati admit na kerna chah rahe ho,,,,leken is k badd2 days bilkul theek raha or pher dobara fits hoetu tab doctors ne oxygen laga dy kabhe utar dete kabhe laga dete is terhan 15 days tak baby zinda raha,,, as such unko bhe koch pata nahe chala isliye unho ne kabhe kaha k birth k waqt roya nahae ,,,or death k baad unhon ne hamien case file nahe di or hum bhe us waqt aise condition me thay k hum ne mangi bhe nahe aaap samjh sakte heink kiun...isliye me kehte ho k first baby ka mere pas koch nahe hy.

Aur yeh qudrati baat hai keh jis pareshanni say aap uss waqt guzar rahee theen, uss mein zehan mein saari details mehfooz karna bohot mushkil hai. Jaha tak seizures kee baat hai, newborns mein seizures kae different reasons ke wajah say ho sakta hain, including electrolyte imbalance, abnormal blood sugar, lack of oxygen, brain abnormalities, infections of brain, effect of mom's medications etc etc. Aap kay baby kay saath kiya wajah thee ab yeh to batana impossible hai iss waqt. Bahar haal aap ko jo bhee details yaad hon, aap woh mention kar dijiya gaa. doctors ko.

aik doctor ne kaha k calcium ki kami hy lleken calcium ki kami jab check hoe tu 1 point ka difference tha or koch nahe.

Baby jab mother ka womb ( uterus) mein hota hai to uss waqt woh breathe nahin kar raha hota ( baby is surrounded in fluid), magar usko oxygen mother ka blood kay zarya mil rahee hoti hai. After birth, jab baby dunya mein aata hai, aur umbilical cord cut kar dee jaati hai, to phir usko mother kay blood say oxygen nahin milti, uss waqt baby kay lungs first time functioning start kartay hain, aur baby kee crying iss baat ka ishara hoti hai keh lungs nay function karna shorow kar dia hai. Agar baby cry nahin karay gaa, yaa cry weak ho gee, to baby ke oxygenetaion proper nahin ho gee. Aur lack of oxygen ke wajah say fits parr sakta hain, aur baby ke death bhee ho saktee hai. Ho sakta hai aap kay baby kee death issi wajah say hoi ho.
On the other hand, new born baby ko oxygen daina ka aik potential side effect yeh hai keh jo oxygen dee jaati hai woh oxygen agar properly nah dee jae to phir iss oxygen say baby blind bhee ho saktaa hai.

Gee baby khud rota hai, magar agar kisi wajah say nah roa to doctor ko properly investigate karna chahye.
Achondrogenesis kay zyada tar cases mein parents blood relatives hota hain, magar kuch cases mein nahin bhee hota. Kitne generations kaa koi hard and fast rule nahin hai, haan shadi say pehla testing karwa lainee chahyee agar risk ho.
Baby ke growth several different reasosn kee wajah say slow ho saktee hai, including achondrogenesis. gee yeh blood tests hai aur inka zarya yeh patah chala gaa keh aap, aap kay husband, yaa aap donon achondrogenesis kay carrier hain. Mujha andaza hai keh aap iss waqt aik kaafi difficult time say guzar rahee hain, aap jo bhee pooochna chahain pooch saktee hain, I would be happy to continue to help you in any way I can.

matlab ye k is test se hamien pata chal jaye ga k problem mmuj me hy ya husband me ya dono me ye seperate test ho gy hum dono k kindly aap bta sakte hyn wo dono test, or ager ye problem ata hy k hum carrier hy tu kia kerna ho ga ya hum me se koi aik carrier hy.
mene aik dafa kise dost se suna tha k un k babby ki aik side nahe bante the mmeans ye k aik leg or aik arm kia ye bhe achondrogensis ki type hy ya growth ka masla hy.
or ager aisa hoa k ALLAH na kare k hum dono carrier ho tu hamien kia further conceive nahe kerna chahye.

doctor ne kaha chormosomes abnormailty tu bohat se hoti hy aap ne kis problem ka test kerwana hy .ye tu aik type hy achondrogensis. ye isliye shyd unhon ne pocha takh wo mujhy recomend ker sakien.

Gee haan, tesst aap ka aur aap kay husband kay seperate hon gay, with seperate samples. Aap unn say "Multi disease genetic career screening" karwa lain, yaa phir agar sirf acondrogenesis kay lia check karwana hai to woh bhee unhain bata dain.
Agar khuda nah karay aap yaa aap ka husband yaa phir donon kay results abnormal aatay hain to phir depending upon future risk, aap ko decide karna ho gaa further conceive karna ka baaray mein. But first, get the test done.
