 How To Increase Sperm Count
Dr sab mai apne sperm ko ziyada bhada chahta ho to mujhe kya karna hoga aur khane me kya khana hoga jisse mai sperm ki quantity bada sakoo
Dear Doctor, I want to increase my sperm count. What should I do then and Should eat in this regard?

re: masoom 1. ap sperm kio barhana chahte hai. kia ap ne sperm count laboratory se check karaya hai. agar nahi tu phir ap ne kaisi samajh lia keh ap ka sperm count kam hai. aur agar check karaya hai tu batai ke sperm count kia hai takeh sahi jawab dia jasake.
2. piaz (onion) khane se sperm count mai izafa hota hai. lehaza khane ko doran piaz ka salad khai. lekin count normal ho tu barhane ki fikir nahi karni chahia.
3. mushtzani, ehtelam aur mubasrat ke bad ghusul lazim ho jata hai. gusul ke beghair ap napak kahlai ge. aur napaki ki halat mai nimaz nahi ho sakti. lehaza mushtzani ke bad namaz nahi ho gi jab tak keh ap ghusul na kar le.

Dear Doctor I am 29 years m. and i get marred last 2 years. but my wife is not get pregnant. then i check my self laboratory test. the result is Less Qty Sperm,and not good safe and They will not alive more then 3 or 4 hours.

semen report
you are having very poor sperm motility plz send us your full semen report . Tips to increase sperm motility - avoid smoking first of all
- wear loose pant loose underwear,
- Healthy life style is most important , good food , Positive thinking,
- avoid stress
- if you are over weight plz reduce it, exercise , running, morning walk are best
- use green veg and fruits , eat dates , drink milk, eat nuts,
- wash your testis with cold water whenever you are going washroom
- say prayer five time
- repeat your semen analysis after 3 months again
- sleep well at least 8 hours night or 6 hours night and 2 hours in day after lunch.
- Avoid bath with warm water
- And fallow the instruction of your doctor and complete your medical treatment which was advised by your physician

Dr sahab mere full semen repport ya ha type = postcoital quantitaty= 2 ml reaction =alkaline liquification = 30 minutes colour =creamy white consistency= thin microscopic total sperm =01 million/ml motatlity active =10% sluggish =10% abnormal =-% dead = 80% white blood cells =2-3/hpf red blood cells = nil /hpf epithelial = nil /hpf please give me advice thanks

2) type = postcoital kyun ha? kya iss report sey pehley apka koi test ya semen analysis huwa tha? uske kya report thee?
3)type = postcoital? kya yeah semen sample after intercourse/coitus apke wife ke vagina sey leya gaya ha?
ap in question ke answer karain pehley kunke semen report key leye sample 3days total avoidance of coitus and masturbation ke baad deya jata ha.. kuch conditions mai Post-coital sample wife ke vagina sey collect kartey hain agar first semen report (male semen sample) mai kuch feature houn like agglutination.
agar apke iss sey pehley koi report ha tou woh yahan share karein

Semen Analysis - Comments Get your test again after abstinence from sex up to 5-7 days. Make sure to give sample in the lab and don't bring from home. Get the test done from a good lab. After that post your report again. Thanks |

sajel i dont get you? Women do discharge but women dont have sperms. kum nikalna, zaada nikalna.. its normal. pareshan hone ki baat nahiN Are you a married female? if not than why are you worried about your discharge being less? |

Question Salam, All of you, First of all ... ap sab kaise hain ?
Now, my question is that ke first night par sex ki time limit kaise barhani chaiye matlab ke male (Mard) to jaldi farig hojate hain 2 mint main or jab ke female (aurat) ko feelings rehti hain ... to timing tablets ya injections se bhi barh sakti hain magar in ke side effects bhi honge lazmi se baat hai ... or ek salajeet cheez hoti hai jo doodh (Milk) main daal kar pee te hain .... ab plz guide me ke kya karna chaiye timing or stemina increase (barhane) ke liye or plz mujhe Desi cheezon ke baare main bhi guide kardi jiyega ....
Main bohat bohat shukar guzar hoga ap sb brothers kaA .... plz help me ....
