hi i m new to dis forum. its a very useful n informative forum. i requir ur kind help regarding my prob. its 4th month of my marriage. me n my husband luv n understand eachother n v get knowledge about sexual life from ur books so v hav gud knowlegde abt sexual life. i hav a 26 days period cycle. sumtym i get my periods 5-6 days earlier, is it normal? usualy i get my periods after 20 days (excluding last period days) so is it ok? my husband had his semen analysis test a few days ago. it is given below kindly analyse it n tell me is it normal?

Your question is somewhat unclear. If you are consistently having irregularity in your periods, as evidenced by early periods every month, or abnormal flow ( either too much, too little, or for too long) then you need to get checked out by your doctor. However, if you generally have regular cycles and only occassionally have some irregularity than it probably is OK.

Regarding your husband's semen analysis, the presence of 8-10 pus cells or WBC/HPF raises the possibility of infection, which can be easily treated in most cases.

Many thanks for your kind response. Please note my periods are normal there is no any irregularity. Normally 2~3 days before, my periods occur every month which is normal I think so, but last month my periods occured before 6 days. I want to clarify about this abnormal change in days.

Further lab analyst confirmed to my husband to use normal diet, take some excercise, proper rest and drink plenty of water, this problem PUS Cells will be normalized automatically. Kindly adivse either we need to check to doctor for getting required antibiotic medicine or it is fine as lab analyst said. Kindly also advise about other tests of my husbands.

My marriage 5th month is going on, but so far i did not conceive. Kindly guide me about female fertelity factors for further evaluation. I am living a normal life having 50 Kgs weight & smart. I am worried about my conceive, please guide me what I do for early conceive.

There is no way to predict whether WBC would clear up on their own or not. I would suggest that your husband should get a repeat semen analysis done in a couple of weeks or so. to get more information on semen analysis, you can refer to my article:

As far as your periods are concerned, occassional irregularity is OK as long as you have your periods every month. Please know that sometimes it takes time to conceive, even though every thing is OK. However, if you would like, you may want to get your hormone levels checked, including FSH levels, LH levels, ( Both these should be drawn on Day 2 or Day 3 of your cycle), and TSH and Prolactin levels, and Hemoglobin levels. An ultrasound would be beneficial as well.
