Muj ko to masturbation (Hand Practice) ki Bohut bori addut hay im with this habit sence 6 years. but not many time in a day jus 4 to 5 time in a week. i want leave this bad habit of masturbation (Hand Practice). please help me. please. becuse i have plane to get marry but i Scared. can i get back my sexul power if i leave this habit of masturbation (Hand Practice). Sir, I had problem of masturbation (Hand Practice), due to this reason lost my health, i m married few months ago, i feeling weakness, lazy,pains etc, i m not even enable to continue intercourse due to discharge in early stage when it is in initial process. please help and reply

yaar mur gay bahi..... I'm same like you i also have masturbation (Hand Practice) habit, I'm not marred but have plane for that. After read your massage Im realy realy scared. Ab to mur gay yaar. what should we do. how can we get back our sexul power.

Dear brother, why you want to leave this habit: Perhaps due to fright of having any disability, isn't it? Or, you feel guilty? Suppose you think you would get any disability, then remember, masturbation is a harmless activity. Many people in this world perform masturbation and they live a normal marital life. What is the difference between masturbation and normal sexual activity? In first one man ejaculates in side the vagina by body jerks. While in the second case he ejaculates with the hand. In both cases same mechanism works. Then whether a person who uses to perform intercourse with his wife would get any disability, No! Not at all. Why masturbation does then would be lethal to health? If on the other hand, you feel guilt that it is a sin, then fine enough. Do you remember? La Hola Wala Quwata Illa Billah There is no strength and power except from Allah It means, a man can't do any good thing and can't leave any bad thing with out the help of Allah. Do pray from Allah that you want to leave this habit. And repent form him. He would certainly help you. If for instance during the time of repent and pray you would again do this act on account of your concupiscence (Shehwat), then again say sorry to Allah. Pray again and again. You would be succeeded.
