Azoospermia: Please Give Me Some Treatment

Salaam,

mera masla ye hy k mery sperms nhi hain yani k mujhy azoospermia hy is ka kia hal hy?

plz lazman jawan dejeye ga mujhy barri shiddat sy intezaar rahy ga,

There are 3possibilites... 1) you may have hormonal problem that has stopped your sperm production,this is difficult to treat but may get treated with medicines.... 2)you have sperm outflow hinderance(obstruction in tubes anywhere that bring sperm out)may be due to Infection or stricture(area of dense fibrous tissue) due to any reason.. It can be cured with surgery to open tubes...if tubes not open by surgery even then sperm can be taken out of your body if they are produced and used in artificial assisted reproduction techniqve to get your wife pregnant..by IUI/IVF.... 3) no sperm production in your body then nothing can be done..it may be due to number of reasons..infection(mumps)or cryptochidism(undescended testes or not at right place at birth and brought down later by surgery but they were destroyed by then).. So basically azospermia or 0sperm in semen may or may not be treatable depending on underlying cause..did doctor tell u reason? I have been short here doctor will guide you good.
