r those cosmetic ones or for ur eye sight?? if for cosmetic reasons then i suggest NOT to use them.... for eye sight corection best n saffest is glasses. if u wana use contacts then buy a gud n patent company's lanses ... not da cheap ones.

CAUTIONS:don't wear them too long... at least in nite remove them .....
always wash ur hands with soap before touching them
wash ur lenses regularly with specified washing lequid

if u feel any irritaion or discomfert discontinue wearing lenses immideatly n cunsult eye specialist (b cuz sometimses one gets serious eye infections resulting even loosin their eyes)

• use good quality lenses not the disposable ones
• wash hands preferably with disinfectant hand wash before and after touching ur lenses.
• preserve them in lenses care solution.
• use a solution which cleans, disinfects, lubricates, rinses and removes protein from ur lenses.
• dip the lenses fully in solution.
• during summer, keep ur lenses case in fridge for half hour then apply them.
• keep ur nails short.
• donot wear in dusty places or places like beach.
• wear sunglasses for protection
• donot wear for too long.
• remove them at night.
• learn the correct method of applying the lenses
• if u feel irritation or vision change of headache, stop wearing them and consult the ophthalmologist.
