i need urgent help from canadians

Asaalamlikum
      My brother  is in a very bad situation he applied to mac gill university for course and got admission allhumdulliah and now he was waiting for an official letter from university its been 7 weeks the letter has been dispatched but he dint received it.And now the university doest want to send through any other service except normal postal service and the time left for registration and processing is reaching its end point .the university is ready to post it in canada and from there any one can courier it
now i just need an address.the university will post it there   and i will order the courier from the address .nothing else you dont have to pay or anything the courier man will also come for letter collection i can give you my brothers email address [email protected] also adress should be near Quebec.Montreal or any near place plz any one help my brother career will be saved last time also he dint get in his subject  this time he also resinged

it very urgent

it is just to receive an official letter from university and just give it to courier service man nothing wrong no money spending
he has to receive letter till 4 march plz help.
