  Main yhan new member hun...mere sath choti c problem hai hips thore se heavy hain or thigh b...main smart hun lakin ye bure lgte hain mujhe..Alhamdullilah meri hight b theek hai body b,,,mujhe is wajja se bht hazitation feel hoti hai main easily move nai ker skti...em concious k shaid main peeche se buri lag rhi hun...gaon use krti hun phr b mujhe jhijhk mehsoos hoti hai...ap is ka koi tareeka bta den k kaise main hips or thigh ko decrease ker skti hun...plz reply kijiye ga jaldi Thanks...

1. being a muslima apko loose hijaab use karna chaahiyeh, ghar sya bahar out door movement k dauraan... iss tarah apko koi hesitation nahi hogi.... waisay apka yeh jumlah .... ..em concious k shaid main peeche se buri lag rhi hun...... baRa ajeeb o ghareeb hai...kia aap yeh chaahti haiN k raah chaltay peechay say (yaa aagay say) doosrouN ko achi lagaiN ... lahaul wala quwwat...iss shaitaani aur non-islamic soch say nijaat haasil kijyeh

2. waisay as a unmarried, apka yeh maslah yaqeenan aik maslah hai... iskay liyeh apko exercise karna hoga... ap kisis bhi ladies gym join karkay khud ko fit rakh sakti haiN...

panjon k bal kheri hon sara wazan panjon per ho

ab sit ups ki terah kamer seedhi rakhtay huway knees ko bend kerain

jab aap bethain to is terah k wazan panjon er hi rahay jesay hi hips ap ki heals ko touch kerain ruk jain aur wapis seedhi kheri ho jain

aisa din main 5baar kerain 2 week tak phir 10 baar 2 weeks ap ki legs, thighs main stifness feel ho gi

is terah counts berhati jain 30 tak ap ko wazeaa ferq nazar aai ga 2 months min
