 Husband Said Divorce Three Times Without Presence Of Wife
salaam, wanted to ask if husband says to second wife,im giving talaq to first wife 3 times while first wife is not there with him,and there are no witness just second wife,is first wife devorced,first wife does not know about this but second wife has this recorded |

sana 1. please write down exact words (in same language) that husband used.
2. Normally no witness is required to validate the divorce. Even it is not necessary the presence of that wife, whom husband is giving divorce.
3. words and statement of husband alone is enough for divorce, if he said the 'required words for divorce' in the presence or absence of his wife.
