 Advice from doc only
mujhay sirf experts and docs reply kerain plz.
i want to ask some medical advice. mera blood group b- hai aur me 37 week pregnant hoon. yeh mera first child hai. is say pehlay bhi aik baar me pregnant hui thi but me ny 3rd month may abortion kerva lia tha. it was a home abortion matlab ghar may hi golian kha k abortion ho gya tha. meray husband ko is baat ka nahi pata aur na hi me btana chahti hoon.
jb doc ny mujh say poocha keh yeh first child hai to me ny usay bhi abortion k baray my nhi bataya.
ab mujhay bht fikr ho rehi hai kyun keh mera blood group b negative hai or is say related jo complexities hain wo sab mujhay maloom hain keh baby birth k baad rh negative ka injection lagna hota hai agr na lagay to next baby ko khatra hota hai.
kya meray is bachay ko koi problem ho sakta hai??? abhi tk (week 36) sab normal hai.
mujhay pata hai i should tell my doc this thing but koi na koi sath hota hai to me bata nhi sakti.
Need medical advise from doctors. hope that i explained it all well |

rh incompatibility yes you did a big mistake, if you know well about the complications of being negative type you should have received shot of RH immunoglobulin after the home done abortion,any ways ab yehi ho sakta he ke app apni doctor ko confidence men le ke is baat ke baare men bata den because it will be good for your baby, is condition men pregnancy and baby ko strictly monitor kia jata he, , is ke ilawa chances are there ke app ka baby bhi negative ho jo abortion ki waja se zaya ho gaya , agar us ka blood group positive ho ga to hi ap ke body men men antibodies bani hon geen jo app ke present baby ke liye harmful ho sakti hen is liye think positive and inform your doctor. |

dr areeba thankyou dr areeba for your giudence. i want to ask keh ab tk meray sab test ho chukay hain aur me doc k pass bhi regular ja rehi hoon. mera sawal yeh hai k ab tk(week 36) agr sab sahi hai to kya ainda koi khatra ho sakta hai agr haan to plz xplain ker dain.
me doc say bhi baat krn gi kyun k mujhay apny bachay ka koi risk nhi lena. lakin me khud bhi jan'na chahti hoon keh kya problems ho saktay hain kyun k doc zyada xplain nhi kerteen ...
mera sawal yeh hai k ab tk agr sab sahi hai to kya ainda koi khatra ho sakta hai???? |

hell worried now dr areeba m hell worried now. just searched rh incompatibility. I didnt know all that complications bus yehi pata tha keh baby birth k baad injection lagna hai. doc nay bas yehi poocha tha keh yeh aap ka first child hai. Abortion miss carriage ka to mujhay khayal bhi nahi tha. Ab kuch din pehlay kaheen perha to khayal aya so yeh post ki thi.
Me bohat boht preshaan hoon. yeh kesay pata chal sakta hai keh baby theek hai ya nahi. aur kya abhi is ka treatment ho sakta hai. Abhi bht dair to nahi hui na if i take rhogam shot now. aap mujhay us test ka bata dain jo mujhay kervana chaheay baby ki heallth aur compatibility check kernay k liay
please please me bohat preshaan hoon. mujhay kya kerna chaheay |

Well m going regular to doc. every 2nd week. if my baby had a problem she should have known. she is doing ultrasound on every visit. I even once asked her myself for rh immunoglobin inj and she said you will get shot after baby birth :( mujhay samjh nahi aa raha me kya keroon. |

dont worry men ne app ko pehle bji bataya tha ke shayad app ki abortion wali pregnancy wala baby bhi negative hoga isi waja se abhi tak sub ok ja raha he is liye don't worry, aur might be ke app ka hone wala babay bhi negative ho is condition men koi khatra nahi. is liye dont worry |

dr areeba thanks for such a positive response and picking my hope up. aap doc ho aap ko to knowledge ho ga hi. mujhay plz yeh bata dain keh agr baby ko koi problem ho like related to rh disease to kya simple ultra sound may show ho jata hai???
means meri doc ko pata chal jay ga na???? koi to symptoms show hotay hn gay. mujhay yeh der hai k kaheen baby ki birth tk identify hi na ho problem. abhi to phr bhi elaj ho sakta hai. like early delivery possible hai. mazeed intizar say kaheen zyada damage na ho jay.
aur secondly ager aap rh sensitize hon before pregnancy to aap k anti bodies kab attack kerna start kertay hain baby ko. i have a doppler ultra sound at 22 week of preg. us may baby ka heart bhi dikhaya tha aur heart beat bhi tab tk koi problem nahi tha. is that mean keh agr tab anti bodies hotay to zaroor show hua hota na???

treatment of RH incompatibiity Agar baby ke andar ye disease diagnose ho jati he maan ke pait men hi to is ka treatment bhi he jo exchange transfusion he; is procedure men ek machine ke zarye mother ke andar fresh blood transfuse kia jata he aur antibody wala blood remove kia jata he so that mother's antibodies baby ko further harm na puhancha saken. |

i have done rh antibody test. Result is "negative 1/2" Did it means i am not sensitized to rh incompatibility ???
