Thyroid Test Mai T3, T4 & TSH Kiyu Hota Hai..
Aur
T3, yhe kiya hota hai.
T4, yhe kiya hota hai.
TSH yhe kiya hota hai.

thyroid Thyroiod ek gland hota he jo gardan ke samne wale hisse men mojood hota he , saans ki naali ke age, ye gland jism ke metabolism ko aur calcium metabolism ko controll kerta he, T3 aur T4 wo hormones hen jo thyroid gland khoon men kharij kerta he, ye hormones ya chemicals jism ke andar different fubctions ko controlll kerte hen jese jism ki hararat ya tempertaure, is ke ilawa ye jism ke doosre hison ko bhi controll kerta he jese calcium ki absorption ur hadion men is ka juzb hona waghera. thyroid hormones dimagh se nikalne wale ek aur hormone ke under controll hote hen jo TSH kehkata he , ye hormone thyroid hormones ki acitivity ko controll kerta he jese jub insaan buaht zada thande ilaaqe men hio ya buhat sardi ho to ye TSH, T3 or T 4 ki secretion ko barhane ka signal deta he jis se metabolism increase hota he aur zada heat kharij hoti he jo insaan ko surdi se bachati he. |
