Dear Doc & All Hope you will be fine there :) Doc as i told you before mere husband ko shadi k 3rd month blood cancer diagnosed huwa tha unka treatment chal raha tha Unko Chemo Therophy huwe hy 4 doz lag chuki hain,.... Now Bone Marrow Reports clear hy doc ter kehty hain k ab decies nahe hy thanks God,.....Husband k sab behan bahi k test karwae ty Bone Marrow Transplant k lyee but kisi ka b Tissue match nahe huwa now Doc ny decied kea hy k enki apni body se tisse ly k unko saff kar k wo un se AUTO BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT karen gy,..need your advice kea yeh sahe rahy ga un k lyee es me infaction k chance hoty hain kea??? and Next yeh k i want to know kea kemo se sparm kill hu jaty hain??? bcoz we try for baby but no reslut,..after that Sparm ki healthy growt k lyee any diet plan??? need your advice kindly reply zaror kejye ga...me apny husband se mili b hu i mean hum bister b huwe hu after chemo last month wo Masha Allah fit lag rahy ty bus weekness hy but me es month b concive nahe kar saki what u say,.....Plzzz reply must

Chemotherapy and fertility. Chemotherapy can affect fertlity both in males as well as females, either temperarily or permanently. Male's sperm count can be decreased and can have decreased motility to fertlize female's eggs. althoigh after the complete cessation of chemotherapy it will take few months to even a year to regain nornal sperm count and motility after treatment. You and your husband should take well balanced diet and continue to have intercourse. chances are rare but there are chances that after time you will able tp concieve but shortly after the treatment with chemotherapythere are ittle chances to have preganacy. diet rich in zinc, proteins , vitamins and minerals are helpful in maintaining fertlity. sea food like fish, prawns, shrimps and nuts are rich in zinc. fresh fruits and vegetables are also helpful in having good sperm count and fertlity. |

I'm fine, thanks. How are you? Gee, yeh fact hai keh chemotherapy say sperms effected ho sakta hain, aur fertility impair ho sakti hai. Mein na shayad aap ko kuch weeks pehla iska baaray mein detailed reply kar dia thaa. Iss waqt aap ko aik do important cheezain bata doon, aap ki situation say related. Jaisa keh aap ko patah hai keh cancer treatment ( medications, radiations ) say sperms effect ho sakta hain, iss lia aik option sperm banking ka hota hai. Jis mein cancer ka treatment say pehla males ka sperms collect kar keh store kar lia jaata hain, takeh phir baad mein cancer ka treatment ki wajah say jab sperms effected hoon, to uss waqt pregnancy ka lia pehla say collect kia gaye yeh healthy sperms use kia jaa sakain. Apna husband ka doctor say pooch lain keh iss waqt yeh option aap ka husband ka lia available hai yaa it's already too late. Auto bone marrow transplant mein aap ka husband ka bone marrow say stem cells lai kar store kar lia jaain gay, aur phir unko ( aap ka husband ko) high dose mein chemo yaa radiation treatment dia jae gaa, aur phir uska kuch arsa kaa baad yeh stem cells unki body mein re- enter kar dia jaaian gay. Generally, yehi procedure hota hai, magar thorri bohot variations bhee ho saktee hain, depending upon a number of things. Gee haan, iss procedure mein infection ka kaafi ziada risk hota hai, and these could be serious infections. Aap na apna husband ki complete CBC report nahin likhi, magar iss report mein sirf unka hemoglobin kam aaya hai, aur WBCs lower limit par hain. But this is not a complete report. Allah taala aap ka husband ko sehat dain, ameen.

Any ways kea ap mujy infcation se care ka baata sakty hain kese ki jaye and AUTO Transplant k bad kea kea diet zarori hy and Sperm ki gernation k lyee kea diet honi chaye,...mere period regular hain on time yeh sahe hy na>>..??? |

Autologous bone marrow transplant Autologous bone marrow transplant is very effective usually because there are no chances of rejection against transplant which is taken from donor.transplant taken from some close relative or any other donor is called allogeneic transplant, and patient's antibodies attack such type of donor tissues considering it as foreign, to avoid this rejection doctors prescribe steroid drugs which have many side effects but in autologous transplant body's own tissues are taken ,saved and transplant again in body, there is no rejection in this case because body's immune system recognizes it and don't attack it, although chances of infection are there but with proper sterilization during the operation and patient's care afterwards can minimize the infection chances. Don't worry it will be better option. May Allah bless your husband. |

pregnancy after cancer treatment. dear shayad app ne mera answer sahi se nahi parha, men ne app ko conceive kerne ke liye diet aur regular intercourse kerne ke liye kaha tha magar ye bhi fact he ke immediately after treatment sperm count normal nahi hote aur motility bhi kam hoti he that's why conceive kerne ke chances bhi kam hote hen, app apni waja se pareshan hen to app bhi apni related investigations kerwa len jese ultrasound aur blood tests , is ke liye gynaecologist se consult karen, inshallah app conceive zaroor ker len gi, stress na len. after transplant infection ko controll kerne ke liye fresh fruits and vegetables aur protein rich diet important he like chicken, fish, beans, pulses etc. because proteins antibodies banane men help kerte hen aur antibodies infection se fight kerti hen. MAY ALLAH BLESS YOU , DON'T WORRY.( MERI URDU ACHI NAHI HE , PLEASE PARDON FOR THAT) |
