infertility and azoospermia

AOA dr sahab mei ne app k forum par dekha hai k azoospermia par kafee baat hoee hai... unfortunately mere husband ko b yahi masla hai...v hav been ttc from last 2 years bt hum ne apne test 6months of ttc k baad he kara liye te or mere result theek bt mere husband ka azoospermia diagnosed hoe...us waqt infertility ka itna andaza nahi ta bt ilajj k sath sath pata chala k yea bohat baree rukawat hai...mei app se yea pochna chatee hon k mere husband ne 3 tests karaye 6 months k diff k sath or 3 hee nill hain jab k last test mei unhon ne urologist k khene par clomid b use kee bt no result un ka testerone  level bilkul normal balke normal se b acha hai bt no sperms at all is kee kia wajha ho saktee hia ?... dr ne hamain kaha hai k hum surgery k liye jayin bt mere husband ready nahi hain...in kee family history mei fertility k issues hain in kee married sisters ko policistic ovaries hain or bachon mei bohat masla hoa kia is ka koi relation ho sakta hai mere husband par? as drs khete hain k mayb in kee koi blockage ho? kia yea mumkin hai k cistic blockage ko open kar dia jaye or sperm count normal ho jaye jitna natural conception k liye chaye? mardon or aurton kee blockage ka kia farq hota hai? or sath sath mei yea b batana chahon gee k mere husband ko kafee resha rehta hai or asthema ka b masla hai kia is ka taluq fertility se hai? app k jawab ka intezar rahe ga JazakALLAH
