 How To Start Beauty Saloon Business In Pakistan?
I'm planning to open a beauty salon in pakistan next year but I don't have a clue what I need to do! A family friend told me I should open a beauty salon as its one of the highest growing sectors in the economy. He's a very succesful accountant and will do the business plan for me to get a government loan which if obtained, (which I'm sure it will because he has got it for many people) it means only if my business is successful will I have to pay the loan back.
The problem is I am not trained in any aspect of beauty or business, but I am a bright spark. I'm looking into doing some courses with the london school of beauty and make up. But what do I need to start my own beauty salon, I want to include, hairdressing, nails, st tropez spray tan, dermoligica facials and massage.
What equipment will I need?
How much space will I need?
How many workers will I need?
What licences do I need?
What insurance do I need?
How much will it cost to turn the space into a salon?
Who do I get to do it?
How much do hairdressers get paid or how they get paid? (I heard sometime its commission based)
I want two beauty technicians who can do nails, facials,tans and massages, how much do they cost?
What level of training is required and how do I check?
How do I make sense of the mintel reports?
What is the average cost of starting up a salon from scratch?
I know I'm asking a lot but if any of ou who have any helpful advice it would be much appreciated.

as there are so many beauty saloons in karachi.
ill give you answer but it depends on in which city you wana open and it also depends on which area? |

Well, i have to state that you have to tread very carefully in Pakistani market, and to begin with your business plan shoudl be solid. You have almost no start up capital so ensure that whatever loan u r going to get, u r able to pay it back,. U may not want to loose investemnt and end up making no profit. Well it is appreciated tht u have an entreprenurial spirit but u know in Pakistan unfortunately there are some hurdles, such as electricity outage etc. Most importantly as i mentioned ensure you have proper funding, and u dont end up debt collectors knocking ur doors for laon repayment. sorry i am unable to advise on rest of the questions, coz i am not into this stuff. just advised u on finances and risks. lastly, i think u will be liable to pay the loan anyways whether the business is successful or not. so go careful, ask ur friend to clarify terms of the loan and do not blindly sign any paper work. |

Sad Lady Madam, beinga media person, means im working in media side, I would like to suggest u that dont invest huge mony ein first attpemt in Pakistan, try to work in any beauty saloon or television channel, look all the atmosphere, and set, try to notice the requirement of our society, at least 1 year u'll hv to work in different areas, then u'll gradually clear all the aspects of ur business. |

sad lady Do you know by taking loan from bank and giving back is Hallal or Harram? Its totally haraam. and then what you earn will be haraam. |

business loan Bank loan halal hai keh haram yeh sawal nahi poocha jaa raha hai. jo sawal poocha jaa raha hai os ka jawab dena chahiye.
yeh batai keh business loan agar bank se naheen lain tu phir kaha se lain?

bewaqoof Apke muslman hone mai bi shak hai. kiyo ke kabi myrizvi ke posts par makhan lagate the or ab bi. pehle ye problem apko mujh se thi pir choor de ap pir se taang urana shoroo kardiya hai. mai achi tarah janta hoo ke mujhe kaha post karni hai or kaha nahe karni or kiss tareeqe mai karni hai. yaha par ek haraam kaam ko promote kiya jata hai so being muslim mai ne issko dekha or notify karna mera farz hai. app apna kaam se kaam rakho kio ke mujhe pata hai mujhe kiya karna hai |

Az and other members Az or jin members ko lagta hai ke mere statement ghalat hai.to ye apne appp se deside karle ke agar osse koi sawal kare ke wo larki se sex karna chahta to kiya larki ko pregnancy hogi ya nahe? to apka kiya raye hoga? ap oss larke ko ye bataenge ke app medecine use karo or app safe hoo ya pir kahoge ke app ye mat karo. ghalat kaam hai?? |
