Meri shadi ko 7 months guzar chuky hen abi tak koi olad nahi hoi hy. mein ny apna aur wife ky test karwaye hen meri wife ki reoprts normal hen aur mery semen analysis mein high viscosity semen ki report hy jo after 1-hour liquify nahi hoa hy. Lab technician kehta hy yeh azospermia hy. mera question yeh hy kia high viscosity semen ka matlab azospermia hy? high viscosity semen ki kia reason ho sakti hy. kia high viscosity ko normal semen kia ja sakta hy. aur kia high viscosity semen ki sorat mein micrscoping test possible hy.
please meri confusion khatam kren.

High viscocity semen aur azoospermia alag alag cheezain hain magar high viscocity semen ki wajah say azoospermia ho sakta hai. High viscocity semen generally infection yaa sperm ka khilaf antibodies ki wajah say hota hai. Azoospermia mein semen mein live sperms nahin hota. |

nay before one weak 2nd time semen analysis krway hy jis mein report high
viscosity mili hy. Lab technician ny btaya uss ny 1-hour semen ko liqufication
kay liye rakha hy but semen liquified nahi hoa aur still strip touch krny sy
dhari si ban jati thi. so this is azospermia because there is no sperm. mein
yeh pouchna chata hoon jab semen liquified hoa he nahi phir aisi condition mein
microscope mein sperm find krny sy clear report mil sakti hy kia uss ko 1-hour
sy ziada time liquification k liye nahi dena chaye tha? now mein aik achi lab
sy test krwana chata hoon please give me advise about food, jis sy high
viscosity problem solve ho saky. mein ny aik doctor ko yeh report dikahi, He
said me there is no sperm u need testical biopossy. according to your
experience bipossy mein success ky kitny chances hoty hen.
And u write here about infection and antibody. Yeh kesa
infection hy aur kiu hy aur antibodies kia hoti hy.??? Please Reply zaroor kren.thanks.

Thanks for your kind words, and you are certainly welcome. Aap apni exact semen analysis report mention kar dain to mein aap ko ziada behtar bata sakta hoon. Testicular biopsy say pehla kuch aur cheezain check karni zaroori hain, including Anti Sperm Antibodies. Antibodies body ki defensive force hoti hai jo germs/infections ka against fight kartee hai. Magar kabhee kabhee ghalti say yeh apni hi body ka tissues ko destroy karna lagtee hai, for example sperms. Issi lia aap ko anti sperm antibody test karwa laina chahye. |

please mujy yeh confusion hy k jab semen liquefied he nahi ho pata phir aisi
condition mein microscoping examination say koi result hasil krna difficult
hota ho ga. Mein ny aik dosri lab say discuss kia wo kehty hen agar semen
within 1-hour liquefied nahi hota phir semen ko aur time dena chaye hum semen
report 4-hour sy pely nahi dety. Iss ky ilawa Google per high viscosity semen
ky mtaliq search karny per kuch peoples nay apni reports share ki hoi hen jin
peoples ko same problem tha. high visocosity k liye zinc aur vitamin C ka zikar
kia hy aur kuch ny cough syrup (Guaifensin) Robbitussin use kia aur phir right
reports hasil ki hen.

be last year sy reshy ka problem hy jab neend sy jagta hoon us waqt mery throat
mein kafi ziada resha jama hoa hota hy.
Now should I
use Robbitussin syrup or not. Aap ny antibody sperm test advise kia hy yeh test
kis tara sy kia jata hy I mean blood sample sy hota hy ya kesy?

Sorry for the late reply.
Aap ka semen analysis mein jo high viscocity aa rahee hai, uski aik common reason infection hota hai, jaisa keh mein na pehla bataya. Aur aap ka semen mein jo 10-12 WBC/HPF aa raha hain, woh bhee most likely infection ki possibility hee show kar rahay hain.
Anyway, aap apna doctor say baat karain keh kahain aap ko prostate gland mein infection to nahin, aur phir uska proper treatment karwaian with antibiotics.

Dear psychdoc Assalam o alikum! I really thankful for your kindness. you gave me time. thanks mein ny both reports doctor ko check krwai thi, He told me there is no sperm count and you need biopossy. He also advise me before biopossy you should get a last semen analysis. sir prostate gland mein infection janany k liye konsa test krwana chaye and what about antibiotics. Ya phir doctor ko prostand gland test k mtaliq kesy btaon? please tell me. mujy be yehi lagta tha jab semen viscuss nahi hota aesy mein sperm kesy find kia ja sakta hy aur both reports time 1-hour hy. yani viscosity finish hony ky liey extra time be nahi dia gia aur ider foroum per mein ny kuch male ky semen analysis reports mein viscuss time 120 mints be hy. Sir is am right? |

raheel but dear Raheel, i know u r in trouble. more better if u consult with some qualified concerned doctor along with ur reports and treatment history, instead of lab technician and putting ur questions here. hopefully he will clear your issue in one or two sitting and will suggest u what fuhrer treatment should be done. best of luck.

Aap ka doctor aap ki report daikh kar khod hi samajh jaaian gay keh 10-12 WBC agar aa raha hain to ost likely aap ko infection hai. Aur aksar iss infection ki wajah say bhee viscocity increase ho jaati hai, as I mentioned to you before.
Testicular biopsy say pehla apna abnormal test ki jo simple possibilities hain, jinka treatment bhee easy hai, unko pehla address karwa lain. Phir daikhain keh biopsy ki zaroorat parrti hai yaa nahin. Baharhaal, internet par iss say ziada surity ka saath kuch nahin kaha jaa sakta.

dear psyhdoc Dear psychdoc Thanks for your advise, thank u Dr. sab meri both reports mein sperms nazar nai aye kia azospermia ki waja hy ya phir high visussed semen mein sperms find karna possible he nahi hy? google per jitny logo ko same problem tha unn ky semen mein sperm mojod thy but i don't know about liqufication time? doctor ny mujy saaf bol dia hy testical bipossy ka uss ny 10-12wbc ko ignor kia hy but mein porstat gland infection ka zikar karo ga. aur prosate gland infection ka test blood sy kia jata hy ya phir kesy? kia testical bipossy koi bara operation hy because m working in saudi arabia. thanks and awaited.
