meri shadi ko 6 month huwe hain after 3 month Husband ko bhukar huwa pata chala k unko blood cancer hy,.............. no word for explain,......unko pkhany me blood ata jo kisi ko nahe bataya unhoo ny,...now 3rd month hy he is in hospital treatment hu raha hy,...3rd DOZ kemo start hy,....me ny shadi k start 3 month me concive nahe kea,.. i want to know kea yeh bemari ki waja se koi weeekness ty,...and ab Insha Allah Insha Allah wo zat Sehat dy ge unko mujy yaqeen hy kea koi masla tu nhe weekness k point of view se unko baby bht pasand hain me chaty hu Allah pak unko yeh kushi jald dy ap ki advice chayee,...and last time wo hospital se aye tu hum ny Mubasirat ki ty after mubasirat mere pet me pain rahy hy and period date pe huwe but bht kam just 1 and half day huwe bus,......me ny test kea home but negitive tha,....test after 5 day kea tha,....Kindly Doc Reply zaror karna

Cancer Treatment And Infertility:
First of all, sorry to hear about your husband's condition.
Yeh fact hai keh kuch cancers, including leukemias ( Blood cancer) male fertility ko effect kartay hain, magar iss say bhee ziada important cheez yeh hai keh cancer say ziada cancer ka treatment ( chemotherapy meds) male fertility ko effect kartee hain, as a side effect. Kuch cases mein yeh side effect sirf temporary hota hai, magar kuch cases mein yeh side effect long term bhee ho sakta hai.
Mujha nahin patah keh aap ka husband kon si cancer meds lai rahay hain, magar ziada tar aisee meds unki fertility ko effect karain gee, unfortunately. Lets hope and pray keh yeh effects temporary hoon, permanent nah hoon.
Iss lia aik option yeh bhee hota hai keh cancer ka treatment start karna say pehla sperms ko collect kar keh freeze kar lia jae sperm bank mein, aur phir baad mein unko use kia jae. Mujha nahin patah keh pakistan mein yeh option easily available hai ya nahin.

Tips For Healthy Sperm:

Jahan tak fruits ,vegetables aur diet ki baat hai, apna doctors ki suggestion par amal karain.
Mein aap ko sperms ki overall health ka baaray mein kuch suggestions day raha hoon, magar jahan tak chemotherapy ka baad sperms ki health ki baat hai, yeh iss par depend kartay hai keh kon si chemotherapy meds dee gaee hain ( there are more than a 100 chemotherapy meds), kis dose mein, aur kitna arsa.
Sperm motility, aur overall sperm health ko improve karna kay liya inn baaton kaa khayal rakhaian:
1). Cigarette smoking band kar dain.
2). Testicles kay liya heat bohot harmful hoti hai. Tight clothing avoid karain. Bohot zyada dair tak aik hee position mein nah bathain, for example while driving or sitting on the computer. Cotton undergarments use karain aur hot baths avoid karain.
3). Agar overweight hain to weight reduce karain kiyonkeh obesity say sperms par bohot negative asrat hota hain. Physical activity is very important.
4). Koshish karain keh multivitamin containing selenium, zinc, folate, Vitamin A,C,D and E bhee use karain, apna doctor kay mashwara say.
5). Agar intercourse karat waqt lubricant jelly use karain to yeh daikh lain keh uss mein nonoxynol-9 (N-9) nah ho. Aisee lubricant jellies jin mein N-9 ho woh sperms ko kill kar daitee hain. Go for something without N-9.
