dont say like this yaar,every1 makes mistakes in life.i beleive u wud hav done many things u r not proud of.so instead of saying shame on u u can cousel them n educate them just like khan bhai did.its a bad habit and though drs in west say its absolutely harmless but i beleive since islam has forbidden it so i must has some negative effects on a person's personality and life.

Your weakness is just a psychological problem.
