1 hafte baad dobara kisi achi si Lab se test karwain, agar same report aati hai to main to yehi kahoon ga k aap kisi Urologist se mashwara kar k Testiular Biopsy karwa lain us se aap ki bimari ki asal waja samne aa jaye gi Aur aap ki report mein ye nahi likha k semen thin hai ya thick |

Azoospermia:
Sirf aik semen analysis kay basis par azoospermia diagnose nahin kiya jaa sakta, you need to repeat your semen analysis . Agar second sample mein bhee azoospermia aata hai, to phir next step yeh determine karna hai keh azoospermia kay cause kiya hai, for example hormonal imbalance, testicular abnormality, yaa phir obstruction. Testicular biopsy start mein nahin kee jaati, you need a thorough physical examination and basic labs first , like testosterone level and FSH level. kia Azospermia mein thick semen be ho sakta hy i mean high viscuss semen ka matlab azospermia hy. aur high viscuss semen mein sperm find kiy ja sakty hen ?

Bhai Doctor to main bhi Nahi
Lekin jab main apna test karwata hoon to semen thick hi aata hai report k mutabiq, mujhe bhi to azoospermia hi hai |
