 Testosterone level is low
Main married hun last year shaadi hui thi.meri bv abhi tak pregnant nahi hui .main nay apna testosterone ka test karwaya hai jo k 3.27 ng/ml aya hai aur reference range 2.2-10 ng/ml hai. Is range ka mutabiq main lower side par hun bayshak within range hai,i want to increase it aur mera sex ka dil b nahi chahta bus bv ki waja say karta hun aur meri erection strong b nahi aur zyada der b nahi rehti aur ejaculate b jaldi ho jata hun.mujhe bht sincere aur serious mashwara chaheay k testosterone ko kaisay improve karun??????? |

Thanks Psychdoc thanks for your kind rep....yes main nay semen analysis karwaya hai.but laboratory main masturbate nahi kar saka aur ghar ja kar b bht mushkil say erect kia for masturbation...after that half hour main apnay coat ki pocket main rakh kar lab tak laya tha.result main sperm count 75Million aya hai but moyility main Active 20% aur sluggish 40% aya hai....endocrinologist told me k hum agreegate laitay hain aur tumhari motility 60% hai tumhain kisi treatment ki zarurat nahi....but main nay net pay parha hai k active motility 60% honi chaheay.baki report main thckness normal aur volume 4ml aya hai....
Mian boht tense hun because of low libido....even masturbation b tough thi meray leay... |

You are very welcome. Apni complete semen analysis report yahan mention kar dain to ziada behtar answer dia jaa sakta hai. Motility different ways mein mention ki jaati hai, aur depending upon kon sa system use kia jaa raha hai for motility, uska basis par hee correct jawab dia jaa sakta hai. Waisa active aur sluggish ka combination 60% will generally be considered OK. Some questions for you: Do you have facial hairs in normal amount and distribution? Do you have normal amount of underarm and pubic hairs? Do you have hairs on your chest? Do you have an average amount of muscle mass? Is you voice deep ( like normal males), or otherwise? |

Remarks Outside sample
Yes i have normal hairs on face,under arms and pubic all is normal like a healty male,voice is a good male voice.....my BMI is normal too.

i tell u some natural remedies that help u INSHALLAH ...ap pyaaz ka salad,eggs ,shehad ,aur khajoor with milk use kiya karein zyada.ap ki sexual desire etc thek ho jae gha sub.aur apne mind mein ek baat clear rakhien k apni wife k sath pyar ,foreplay,mubashrat sub kuch krna sawab k kaam hain isliye sawab lene mein kanjoosi nain krni(its reality).isliyezyada se zyada se sawab lene ki koshish b kiya karein aur is bhare mein socha b karein. |

You are very welcome. Your semen analysis shows a couple of things. Your active motility is on the lower side, however, combined with the sluggish movement, it would be considered normal. 8-10 pus cells/HPS may indicate possibility of an infection. The fact that you have normal facial/pubic hairs etc is a good sign. Has your wife been tested for her female hormones? |

@psychdoc my wife has PCOS and also her prolactin level was at 96 in last test while standard range is 26 at maximum...she is being treated for by the best gynaecologist and my semen analysis was suggested by the same gynaecologist but i have not yet shown my report to her due to fear.
Do u think i should use EVION 200 OR 400 in addition to good food?Do u think it will help?i want to repeat my test too...please advise.

Once again, you are very welcome. Yes indeed, PCOS interferes with the ability to conceive. You have 2 options. Either get a repeat semen analysis done, or start an antibiotic ( if suggested by your doctor) for increased pus cells. Evion, a vitamin E supplement has antioxidant properties which can be beneficial, however if you eat a healthy well balanced diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains, you probably would not need supplementation with pills. |

psychdoc Thanks, after your replies i am feeling a bit relieved.I have improved my diet from meat lover to more organic already with heavy intake of water,i hope it will help naturally and will repeat my test after a month to will get back to you with the improved results.Need your prays in the meantime.
