Penis opening Skin turned black & rough

Dear Doctor,

Dear Doctor, just yesterday i was busy with my wife when we got to know that her cycle has started, though i was wearing a condom but upon taking it off i noticed that the opening of penis had turned black & rough as if the cells aroung the opening are dead. there is no pain or itching.

i can post the pic if requried.
