Different fruits

No one has answered it yet, so , I will take the liberty to provide what I know about these fruits...

These fruits are part of the Heaven (JANNAT) and favorite fruits to our prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). These fruits have so many health benefits for natural healing process. e.g. Dates contain seven vitamins and eleven minerals whose importance as a dietary supplement was appreciated by the desert people who, for thousands of years, ate dates with goat or camel milk as a complete sustenance. Olives help to strengthen the body’s immune system; reducing the severity of asthma, cancer, osteoarthritis, and rheumatoid arthritis. Figs have many health benefits. Fresh and dry figs are high in pectin, a soluble fiber that can reduce blood cholesterol. The fruit is also believed to have a laxative effect and can aid those who suffer from chronic constipation.
