Need help...Wna start propert business in ISB...

how are you all..???
Friends need help...whats your suggestions about property business in ISB...
My MAMO is already in this business and very settled in this business..
He has investment about 18M in this business and now he offer me to join him.
Initially it"ll be as rent agent and than property sale purchase and i heared that the rent of an apartment in ISB us very high..like it is about 50K to 70K for an double bed apartment and 150K to 200K for a house...
Need help regarding this..
I am student of CA and it"ll take 1.5yrz to complete but me wna stand now..

You can do both. You should join your uncle, but remember, family maiN use harsh language to teach us, so must be willing to bear that. Also, you should continue your classes on the weekends, so even if it takes 2yrs to complete, you becomed certified accountant.

Thanks for reply but i have another proposal of Steel business in Lahore but it required heavy investment and contains high risk due to lake of experience and besides this if i chose to join my MAMO thn there ll be no investment required and i ll grow up in this business.I have investment but experience is object to be consider...
I am much confused about this..
Help me plz...

Even for steel

experience will come handy. Join uncle's business now, dont share regarding the other proposal you may have on the table. Once you have gained enough experience, check it out and see how you can do better there and compare the two.
