i want to share the recipie of my fav fish dish ............that is khara masal fish
take 1kg fish 5 large size onions 1table spoon crushed garlic and ginger 1 table spoon salt 1 table spoom red chilies 1 tea spoon garam masala 5-6 tomato 2 table spoon carom (ajwain) as needed venigar cooking oil as needed lemon juice half cup
take fish and wash with plenty of water ..... after that take 1.5 table spoon ajwain +venigar+salt pour every thing on fish just leave it for 2 to 4 hours....... then wash it with water .......and take oil in cooking pot and add choped onion in it .......fry them until thhey become lite brown ........ now add all masala and fry them 10 min ............after that add tomato and let them soft ............when tomato become soft then add fish and and dontttttttttt use spoon (kuch nahi use karna nahi hilana)........just move the whole pot with help of handle or by using dasterkhwan (degchi ko dasterkhwan say pakar ky hilain ya handle saypakr ky hilain chamach nahi chala when fish water become dry ..........then pour half cup lemon juice and cover with lid..........just wait for 5 min (as juice will be used in steam creation)........then serve it ......................................................
