I am tense

Plz agar meri ye problem dr sab khud hal karain to main un ka shukar guzar hun ga.
Doctorr sa bat zara lambi hay plz mind mat karna   bat ye hay k i have been engaged with my cousion  we love each other hum message pe pehly boht karty thy but ab pata nhe kia ho gaya hy meri psyco ajib c ho gai hay mujy us ki har bat pe boht gusa ata hay mera us se bat karny ko dil nhe karta is waja se meri ghar b aksar larai hoti hay aur zara c bat agar ami karain to ghusa ajata hay. Main bank main job karta hun wahan b muj se kam thek tarhan nhe hota aksar kam bhool jata hun mery sir main har waqt dard rehta hay aur chest main ghutan c hoti hay agar mouth k through lamby lamby sans loon to zara aram ata hay aur main kafi time se hypothyroid b hun thyroxine ki tablets le raha hun. Dr sab mujy ap se boht umid hay plz solve my problem

Jaise k aap ne bataya aap ko hypothyroid hugaya hai so aap ki be chaini ka ku6 had tak karn yahi hai. Hypothyroid disease jo thyroxin k less secretion ki waja se huti hai.Aise 'Myxoedema/Gull's disease kahete hai. ais main patient ki heart beat slow ht jati hai aus ka B.P bhi kam hu skta hai, body temp low huta hai jis se gabraht lagi raheti hai, aur sugar and iodine level low hujata hai jis se loss of memory,slow thinking and hair fall hu skta hai. ....So bhai aap aisi ki waja se apni fiancae se bhi theek se bat nai kar rahe hu. Aap apna treatment chalo rakhe allah aap ko jald shifa ata farmaie...Ameen..*
