Agar aap ko prolactin ke excess kay symptoms nahin hain to most likely aap ka prolatin level normal aaia gaai. Regarding TSH, most likely it would be normal as well.

Regarding testosterone, aap ke doctor aap ke unique health situation ko behtar samjh sakte hain, magar mein yeh bhee kehna chahoon gaa keh testosterone levels check karna PCOS ke evaluation ka hissa hai, particularly agar aap ko symptoms bhee hon jaisa facial hair, excess body hair, acne on face, arms and back etc. Aur testosterone level kabhee bhee karwaya jaa sakta hai, menses kay doraan karwana zaroori nahin hai.

Agar testosterone levels normal aate hain to atleast you will know keh pregnancy nah hona ke aik wajah to clear ho gai hai, aur agar levels abnormal aate hain to uska treatment say aap ke pregnant hona kay chances barh jaian gay.

Primolut N khana kay baad jo withdrawl bleeding hoti hai woh normal periods kay muqable mein thori different ho sakti hai, it's normal.

Aap na achaa kiya keh apni testosterone level check karwa liya. Basically, jaisa keh mein ne aap ko pehla bataya thaa keh PCOS mein aksar male hormones ( testosterone) ka level barrh jaata hai ( which will cause abnormal periods and difficulty with pregnancy), isliya yeh level check kar laina chahye. Agar aap ka level normal aata hai to this would be useful information keh aap ke problem excess male hormoness ke wajah say nahin hain. Aur agar level high aata hai to uska treatment karwana zaroori hai takeh pregnancy kay chances barrh jayen.

Serophene:

Serophene ( clomiphene) is the same thing as clomid, which you took before.

Yeh ovulation ( egg release karwana or menses regular karna ka liya prescribe ke jaati hai), period kay 5th day par, 5 days ka liya ( magar 3rd day par bhee prescribe ke jaa sakti hai).

Iska main side effects hain upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, pain in breasts and headaches. Zaroori naheen keh aap ko yeh sab side effects hon, but these are possible and rather common ones.

Iska aik rare magar serious possible side effect hai double vision ( you need to tell your doctor rightawat if you experience vision problems on this medication.

Aik aur baat yeh keh agar is tablet kay baad pregnancy hoti hai to twins kay chances barrh jaate hain ( I don't know if you consider that a positive thing or not).

Jaisa keh mein nay pehla bataya thaa, kabhee kabhee gynecological surgery ke complication ke wajah say female kay reproductive tract mein obstruction ( rukawat) ho jaati hai jiski wajah say sperm egg tak nahin pohonch sakta. HSG isi rukawat ko check karna ka liya kiya jaata hai.

TSH: Shaid aap na likhna mein thori ghalti kar de. It should be miu/ml. ( There is a big difference between miu/ml and iu/ml).Otherwise it's normal.
