anjeer aik esa fruit ha jis ki qasam Allah Taala ny Quran Paak mai khai ha .........is kay fawaid beshumar hen

anjeer tabiat mai farhat ka ahsas peda karti ha
stomach problems ko solve karti ha like qabz aur bawaseer etc
anjeer pyas ko bujhati ha aur balghami khansi mai mufeed ha
anjeer ky tree say jo milk nikalta ha us ko dant per lagany say dant ka dard khtam ho jata ha ..........lakin agr jisam per lag jai to kharish bhi ho sakti ha kuch logon ko
bars..........korh.........anjeer kay doodh mai jau ka aaata mix kar ky lagany sy bars phelna band ho jata ha
stomach mai jalan........sozish....koi bhi problem yah solve karti ha
yah jisam say fat (charbi) ko khtam krti ha
gurday(kidney) problem ko solve krti ha ...........
high blood pressure ko control krti ha kunkat khoon ki nalion say fat ko khtam krti ha
