How to Get Sleep? Well, dear brother
There are a lot of reason of sleeplesssness. The age group to which you belong does not have any serious concern in this regard. Look whether you have any mental tension or anxiety. Whether you take more tea, coffee or cigarettes. What you do during the daytime. Do you take sleep in the afternoon and remain unable to get sleep at night.
There are several things which requires resolution in order to get proper sleep. A normal person at your age group should have at least 6 hours sleep in 24 hours. If you are able to take sleep for even 5 hours, then it is fine.
For the time being you can take some sedatives as well, but remember they possess strong dependency and therefore; we doctors do not usually prescribe these medicines to our patients.
Keep busy yourself throughout the day and when you lie down on your bed, start thinking what you have been doing the whole day. Close your eyes and image some goats running in front of you. Start to count them. After sometimes you will fall a sleep. |
