Dark Complexion - How To Get Fairness?

sir mera nam usama hai aur meri age 19 years hai,,,sir plzzz help me mai bht bht pareshan hun,,,sir mera colour sanwala hai face ka aur baki body ka white hai sir mai apni complexion reddish krna chahta hn,,sir plzzz mjhy diet aur excersises btaye sir plzzzz help me,,,,em waiting for ur response,,aur sir kya milk cream khany sy complexion p effect parta hai gud or bad???

ap water, milk, yogurt, butter, cheese, fruits, juices or green vegetables ziada se ziada use kereyn...

You can use any fairness cream available in the market. Use sun block and cover your face while coming in the sun light by means of a hat.

usamaaaa my dear freind , yaaar sanwala colour tu buhat nice hota hai..... isss ko hee enjoy kerooo, time kay saath saath khud hee behter ho jataa hai, dont feel anything and just forget all these .... enjoy life....
