 Coronary Heart Disease - Three Vessel Disease
Salam to every one respected members please guid me i am heart patient and 3-arteries of my heart are partialy closed what should i do ?

shafqat.dd kindly consult with Cardiac Surgeon for your problem and treatment avoid such food those are having hi fats , use cholesterol free oil for cooking, walk is best for you, use vegetables.avoid smoking,block arteries can be a big problem any time for you i prefer Heart surgery so consult with Heart specialist, cardiac surgeon for full information and treatment .

aap ko achchi tarah maloom hai keh aap ko kia kerna hai. kio keh jis doctor ne aap ko yeh bataya keh 3 artries block hai os ne yeh bhi bataya ho ga keh ab kia kerna hai.
aap tafseel se bataye keh aap ke doctor ne aap ko kia mashwara dia aur aap ko os mashwara mai kia confusion hai. aap tafseel se bataye ham log aap ko tafseel se jawab de ge.

3 vessel disease is life threatening. Apni angiography ki CD kay sath kisi achay Cadiothoracic surgeon say mil lain. Ghiza per bohat tawajah dain. |

Dr.Qasim,Dr.Waterr,Dr,KK ,Logical special thanx to all of you for giving me weight full reply regardin my disease.
i am suffering from above mentioned disease pastly 6th years ago.My personal physicion suggested at the time of found my disease that surgeray should be don in future soon as possible, in the mean time i was read Dr.Dean Ornish articles related with my same disease he was indicated in his articles that do not operate any function of heart disease from any Physicion instead of the natural way,any how disease should be maintain with right way including vegitables, walk ,oil free foods etc,etc
As per abov nerrated instructions from the Dr.Dean Ornish articles i was comply his instructions last 6th years and take very positve result about my disease
However as per above mention circumestences please further guid me about my disease that this way is right for me or otherwise? |

However:
1. Do regular walk 2. Never smoke 3. Avoid oily and fatty meals 4. Avoid anxiety and mental tension 5. Take Proper sleep

iss status k motabiq arssa 5-years se mein apni normal life guzar rah hoon laiken mein filwaqat iss soch mein hoon k ye kissi aissy medical tariqa se ye atries apni actual postion mein aa jayein kiya aissa possible he..? |
