aoa,

 aaj kl jo bohot ziada problm aa raha hai hr koi doosry ko paisy harp krnyk chkr mein hai koi kisi sy naqd leta hai k mein tum ko bahir bhjwa dun ga koi investment k liay pasy le leta hai aur koi plot k jhansa deta hai , iss liay mery zehn mein aya kiun nay jo log in kamon k bary mein yani property k bary mein janty hein un sy discuss kia jay k qanooni lehaz sy kisi sy comitment kiss tarah krni chaye,

1. kisi k sath investment krni ho tu kia kuch papers hiny chayein ta k agr koi problm ho tu admi court mein ja saky?

2. plot, housing, sceem k liay kia kuch dekh k uss mein invest krna chaye?

kisi housing sceme mai invest kerne se qabal dekhe keh haqeeqat mai woh exist ker rahah hai keh nahi. iss ke liye sab se pehle Government ka NOC dekhe.

aksar housing scheme walo ke paas NOC nahi hota, kuch ke paas NOC hota hai tu on ke paas zameen nahi hoti aur woh sirf paper per hi khareed o farokht kerte hai.

 govt ki noc ki janch prtal kaisy ki ja sakti hai kia koi website ya koi asan tareeqa hai jis sy maloom ho k ye noc sahi hai?
