how to avoid recurrent c-section
Labour as such he power play ha
passenger (baby) aur passage (uterus to birth canal) ke darmeyan . .
World over aur especially under
developed countries mai bhe c-section ka rate barhney ke wajah mai mother ke
malnutrition jo keh maternal fatigue aur exhaustion karti ha ka bohat role ha
plus family start karne ka trend late age mai above 30years.
Caesarean section 2nd time avoid
karne ke leyeh
1) sub se zada zarouri tou ye ha k
next pregnancy minimum 2yr baad ho Best 3years gap ha
2)REASON pata houna c-section ke impt
ha agar tou underage mother, baby upside down, premature weak baby due to
Maternal malnutrition, prolonged labour leading to fetal distress ,
hypertension in pregnancy etc thein tou zarouri nai k yea next pregnancy mai
houn
agar placenta adherence, Cord
prolapse , low placenta , small pelvis of mother , gestational diabetes aur
large baby , mother ke koi medical illness cause ha tou next time most chances
c-section ke he han . .
Agar koi bhe definative Reason ha
1st time operation ke tou next time bhe must he hoga
jo chezain operation ke risk ko
karti han wo han
a) Under 18yr pregnancy . . . Above
35yr pregnancy
b) Short height mother (below or
exact 5feet)
c) Male type pelvis
d) Malnourished. Obese or underweight mother
e) Previous 2 c-section or one due
to absolute or recurring reason
f) Diabetic mother or other mental
physical disease that makes her unable to undergo labour like polio etc
g) Birth defect in previous baby
Twin pregnancy (operated previously)
As such the decision to do vaginal
birth after c-section depends on doctor
Uterine Rupture is NOT an issue as
such these days after 1 c-section if normal labour is done as scar is transverse
and don’t rupture much. The issue is to
prevent placenta adharence to previous operative scar and the ability of uterus
to take labour rigors.
Key is to have proper gap, Good
nutrition to mother, healthy weight and age factor is taken into account lastly
no Absolute recurring reason of operation
