the whole point is ONE Thing all the patients with poor morphology alone OR poor morphology with poor motility OR poor motility alone with rapid linear thing poor at one time or other patient has to resort to artificial reproduction techniques and that too IVF and ICSI and not just IUI.

if there is an underlying cause of varicocele or blockage it may be that surgery be opted but is beneficial only 30percent

life style modifications help in poor sperm count improvement and improvement of mild to mod degree motility problem esp if Without rapid linear issue(if no other cause found of poor sperm count).. Poor morphology is hardly improved by life style modification(if no underlying definative cause)

plus by convincing to improve Life Style, vitamin supplement,anti oxidant therapy Atleast patient is psychologically satisfied that other treatment has been opted as neither anyone want ART as first thing nor everyone can afford.
