Apki waist 28 ,30, 32 say ziyada ni ho,

Apki hight bhe thek hoo

Apky muscles bhe achy hoon

Apka face bhe fresh ho

Apki skin ek dum fresh ho

Apki ankho py hulky ni ho

Apky heir healthy hoon

Apky breast normal hoon (females)

Hips normal hoon.

Belly bhe normil ho

Apko concitpatin bhe ni ho

Apko Headach or backache ni ho

Neend bhe pori or deep ay

Apka whole body system or hormones bhee normal hon

Ap active or attractive nuzar ayin

Apka dress apka apna dress lugy

Apki soch positive ho

Apka reproductive system thek say kam kury

Weakness ni ho

Apka mun study say oktaay ni

Islam say Qorbut chahuty hen

Sub say mohubat kurna chatty hen

Tension free rehna chatty hen

Humaysha kamyaab hona chatty hen

  • 8 hours sleep
  • Exercise for fitness

  • Use Green Tea
  • Avoid Fats
  • Use cholesterol free oil for cooking
  • Exercise, running is best , rope skipping, swimming , fitness club,
  • Use low fat milk
  • fruit juices ,liquid diet , salad , green vegetables , vegetable soup
  • avoid sugar , or avid hi energy  foods
  • Eat less drink a lot.

  • Avoid stress
  • Take proper sleep at least 8 hours
  • Sleep early
  • Take balance diet
