to pehle mai Keeme (800g) me thoda sa pani dal kar use cook ke lye rakhti hun,sath me namak mirch dal deti hun Mirch 2tbl salt 1 tbl. jab thoda sa pak jaye to mai Tomater ka paste dalti hun thoda sa.aur halki aanch pe mazeed pakne dain,
Ata: 1 paket mehda, usme ek khamir (yahan choti si khamir ki tikiyan available hain) thoda sa namak,ek dabbi dahi, thoda sa oel aur Ata Dhoodh ke sath ghundain.
Paste: 5/6 Tomatar le kar use crash kar lain mixer me,dhayan rahe ke ziyada der crash nahi karne,uske bad us me sabit kutti hui mirch dal lain,namak dal lain (hazb-e-zaika)Mirch tez rakhenge to maza ziyada ayega (mere khayal me)aur sath me thoda sa sooka poodina dal lain.(khushk pudina)

Usse Tray me lain,aur pehle Tomatar ki paste jo tayar ki hai wo Pizze ki roti pe phaila dain,uske bad Keema thoda thoda dalain. phir payaaz,shimla mirch,makayi ke dane ,Tomatar,aur agar zatoon ya mirch dalni ho to wo bhi dal sakte hain, sab se akhir me Cheez dalain.
aur Pizze ko Oven me dal lain. 180grad me 20-30 min pakaen.
