 My Wife Still Not Pregnent: What Are The Reasons?
Salam, Mera aik important question hai doctor sahab se k, meri wife abhi tak pregnent nahin howi hai, jab k shadi ko 3 months honay waly hain or dono ki normal condition hai. Main taqreeban 4 se 5 dafa intercourse kar raha hon week main, magar us kay bawajood bhi pregnent na hona samajh nahin ata. Is there any problem? Thank you We have got married three months back but my wife is still
not pregnant. We both have normal condition. I have been doing 4-5 times
intercourse in a week, but in spite of that I can’t understand why she is not getting
pregnant. Is there any problem?

Brother 3 months is a very short period for pregnancy, even docs say that a couple is considered for treatment if they are together and doing intercourse for at least 1 year and no pregnancy is occurring, so keep on trying for another 7 months. Allah will help u inshaAllah.
It's not a hard and fast rule that pregnancy should occur every time you do intercourse, though it's possible that she gets pregnant the first time, and also it's possible that she will not get pregnant even after the 50th intercourse. It's all "LUCK" and "TIMING". You can consider the following things for better results:
1) Perform intercourse in alternate days i.e. 1 day intercourse, 1 day rest
2) Don't miss the intercourse during "Ovulation Days"
3) During intercourse, keep a pillow under your wife's hips so that your semen could easily travel inside her vagina and into her cervix in order to fertilize women's egg.
4) Ask your wife to stay in the same position i.e. pillow under hips, and lying straight for at least 30 minutes to let the semen fully move inside the vagina.
5) Don't think about pregnancy during intercourse, just enjoy the love making.
6) Take milk and dates every morning and do some jogging as well.
If one year is passed following the above scenario, and there are no results. Then you should go to a doctor for your semen check in order to count your sperms.

Question: You are saying "pillow under hips, and lying straight", however, some people say that the legs must be lift up just before discharge, is this true ? what you say.

Reply.. Read What Is Ovulation thread in article section(it is 12th to 14th day of menses cycle) bt coitus be done on alternative day from 10th to 18th day of cycle menses cycle day are counted as 1st day is 1st day when menses blood start..count and coitus to be done on alternate day from 10-18 as its fertile period and ovulation (time when egg come from ovary into uterus and lives 24hr) is 12th to 14th day yes pillow under hips and legs to be lifted upto shoulder level of husband if posible .. Its not utmost |

Master007 This is normal.. Semen does leak out more often and what leaks out is not complete its some part that is in excessplus even 1drop of semen is enuff for pregnancy its the sperm nt the fluid that cause pregnancy by that time they have travelled high up its that u discharge inside even if some comes out its normal |

So, this mean the sperms must be stay in vagina, even some comes out after discharge, right.
And, I always lift up her legs till soulder height after discharge for 10 minuts, am I doing right? |

Yes. If both of u r managing fine.. And yes sperm pretty much stay there and move ahead even if some semen leaks |
