 Menses Pain: Can I Use Any Pain Killer?
i have a question,i wanna ask u k menses k dard mein pain killer le leni chahiye ??koi problem to nahi hota?maine suna hai gulab ka arq peenne se dard nahi hota??is it right??

no dear menses mein pain killer se bohat ziada avoid kerna chahiye....lekin agar bardasht se bahir hai to pehle kisi achi gyenacologist se mashwara kereyn, agar wo koi medicine deyn to sirf wohi use kereyn.....werna isey jitna ho sakey avoid kerna chahiye.....bcoz is se cycle mein disturbance ho skti hai, ovulation process mein bi disturbance ho skti hai...
