janab best days are in my quick hisaab 17th july and 19th july.

that means ke next menses ki date se 14-16 before.

this is a quick hisaab kitaab. koi idher hisaab ka mahir hoga to woh bhi aap ko dates bata dega.

5 days before ur intercourse no sex. just relaxe then on 17th july. and everyday its enough just once. koi jang nahi shuroo kar deni. Allah fazal kare. amin
