This
problem is generated mainly due to two reasons. One is the infection in the
urinary tract and for that; it is advisable to get Urine DR and Ultrasound KUB. If no pus
cells are there, and the Ultrasound is, found normal then the infection in the
urinary tract is less likely.
The
second reason is the weakness of urinary bladder’s sphincter that functions to
hold the urine and prevents the dropping as well. If it is the cause of this
problem, then one should strengthen the sphincter of his urinary bladder. By
doing pelvic floor exercise, which is also called as bladder training exercise,
