medical reason

its due to hyperpigmentation i.e. the pigment which specify the color of skin has more concentration in the genitalia. let me add one more thing that this pigment protects against skin cancer.that why people with fairer skin (esp. those belonging to western world) have more common genital cancers. this is one of the reason, their life style and other factors also contribute in it.
