Pelvic Pain Before Menses: Why It Happens?

Salam Dr. Sahib.

How are you?. I like your website because of this i am aware of many things. I want to know some info about my 'would be' wife. She often asks me as well about having pain few days before periods. This pain is some times so hard. I don't know what is the problem and she does't know either. and she often have problem in breast too.

Would you please explain me in detail or you refer any medicines to control over?..Tell me Would she always face this pain prob after married as well or its tempory??.

pelvic(lower abdominal) pain do occur in girls prior to menses. it is normal. but if the pain is intense, ask her to do hot fomentation and take bath with warm water daily and take simple food and avoid fatty food plus spicy food.

it does not affect married life, may be this situation will get resolved after marriage spotenously.
