Menses Cycle: Can I Use Medicine To Reduce Pain?

Salam, main apko again ek question kar rahi hu.....mery periods regular hain...But first day of my period..i feel severe pain......is hud tak k main pain killer k begair nahi reh sakti...is surat main, main ponston ya panadol kha layti hu...kiya yeh sahi nahi hay? agar nahi toh alternate..mujhy aur koi cheez suit nahi karti..like hot water bottle etc say koi khas fark nahi parta. mainy ek jagha parha tha k ovulation main medicine problem creat karti hy ...kiss kisam ki problem..?( Mujhy toh arsa ho  giya every time main panston ya panadol khati hu):(

one more thing...mery periods 16 feb ko start huway toh is tarha ovulation date 2nd or 3rd march banti hy if i am not wrong? but from last 3 days i am feeling same pain but less as i have in my menses and very minor watery discharge...from last2 days?what is this? feeling pain lower abdomen , back and in legs? why is this like that. (after my 1st miscarriage of 5 weeks this is second time i am trying to conceiving after 8 months) .so what would you suggest me in this situation. I ll really apprecite your help and  good suggestion.

Dear jahan tak pain ka sawal hai to iss barey mein main apko clearly kuch nai keh skta bus yahi keh skta hun k main ne apni wife yahi suna hai k kuch females ko during menses bohat ziada pain hota hai....ye sub normal hai lekin Dr se conslut ker leyn to behter hai...

2nd thing is k u said that ur last menstrual date was 16 Feb...to us lehaz se ap k ovulation date 28 Feb se 1 March tak banta hai...not 2 or 3 march.....to agar ap ko 3 days se pain ho rha hai aur sath hi watery discharge bi hai...to is mein ghabraney ki bat nahi hai....lekin agar dobara se bleeding ya spotting ya koi pinkish discharge aye (other then transparent watery discharge)..to phir ap foren Dr ko dikhaiye ga....

Allah karey ap pregnancy k liye concieve ker chuki hon....lekin is ko confirm kerney k liye 25th March tak wait kerna ho ga....agar tub tak menses na aye...to apna urine test kerwa lijiye ga....

Zeb ap nay bataya k other then watery discharge kuch hy toh woh problematic hy. kiya pregnancy main watery discharge common cheez hy? its should be dry during prgnancy or it can be wet while women are pregnant.Plz reply for that. Cheers!

Dear pregnancy mein thora bohat watery discharge ho skta hai....ye bohat common hai aur normal samjha jata hai...lekin agar ye discharge bohat ziada hai ya is k colour mein koi difference hai to foren Dr ko dikhana chahiye....so it is clear that pregnancy mein wetness ho jati hai but colour aur quantity ko zaroor note kerna chahiye....

is k ilawa agar vagina ya uturus mein pain ho, ya urine pass kertey wakt jalan feel ho...in cases mein bi foren Dr ko dikhana chahiye...

no dear...i should say nooooo...u should not take any medicine...u should try ur best to avoid it....lekin agar bardasht se bahir ho to pehle kisi achey gyenacologist se mashwara kereyn...agar wo ijazat deyn to kha skti hain....

yes offcourse main ne bhi ye apni wife se suna hai k is se ovulation mein disturbance ho jati hai kabhi kabhi....is se egg mein koi defect ho skta hai...ya phir is cycle mein disturbance aa skti hai....is se ovulation process aur us k timings mein bhi disturbance aa skti hai
