hello ji Keep simple snacks such as crackers next to your bed and eat a few to settle your stomach before getting up. • Try protein-rich snacks (lean meat, nonfat yogurt). • Eat small, frequent meals and snacks throughout the day so your stomach is never empty. • Avoid fatty, spicy, and acidic foods and those whose smell triggers your nausea.
Trust me every doctor tells this here, but it does not work for everyone, at least never worked for me. I used to try every thing but nothing really works. It is every person's own body which reacts individually and these are just basic guidelines. Not to scare someone, but I remember how I spent these days when I had to cook and smell was so much upsetting, when I did not want to get up becoz of weakness, I had to go to college and finish assignments, and take care of everyone alone. Very horrible and crazy.
