 Secondary Amenorrhea: Is It Due To Pregnancy?
AA, meri problem bohat ajeeb sai hy. Meri shadi ko 2 saal ho rahy hian magar abhi tak koi baby nahi hy. start main ek miscarriae huwa tha.Ab problem yeh hy k mery periods hamesha regular aaty hain laykin last april ko ana caiyeh thay magar nahi aye aur still missing hain. periods any say kuch din pehlay meri back main pain thi (left side only) aur light cramping thi lower abdomen (left side only). aur koi bhi khati cheez suit nahi karti thi..like Achar....mainey samjhi shayed iam pregnant thats why yeh pregnancy symptoms hain. but ek week k baad yeh symptom khatm ho gaye and main missed periods k 10 days k baad urine test karwaya jo k negative aya. Now still dont have periods from last month. And not having any pregnancy symptoms as well. I mean i am worried k whats going on... as i dont have any stress.My diet is balance. i always have regular periods. but why i dont have periods from last month and left side pain in leg..back and lower abdomen:(.

last time aap ke period ki date 14 15 march thi...
Meri periods k date 14 , 15 march thi.... i dont have periods but have
light watery discharge with adour smell. is this is ok? and one thing
more feeling some symptoms of pregnancy.like so many trips to washroom
for urine, heavy breast with pain...so pray for me. Aur pregnancy k
duran sonay k liyeh best position kiya hy...like mujhy ulta sony k
aadat hy ...aisay main ,main samjhti hu k pait pay sara wazan aata hy
toh kiya koi prob toh nahi hoti k mujhy yeh habbit change karna

aap abhi taak doctor ke pass nahi gayi very bad...agar doctor ke pass jane ke liye 2 yaa 3 hours intezaar kerna parta hai to ker leyn ...
but why i dont have periods from last month and left side pain in leg..back and lower abdomen
is ke bare mein to doctor he bata sakte hain... checkup ke baad... main to khali andaza laga ke bata sakti hoon... lekin main andaza laga ke nahi bataoun gi... sab ko bura lage ga...

You are right BUt... thnks red chili foryour reply...
But problem yeh hy k Uk jaisi countries main har cheez majood hy magar intizaar bht hy.....mujhy march ko 19 ko periods aa gaye thay..but us k baad abhi tak nahi aaye.... and i have pain in leg back and lower abdomen...without any reason.... main GP k pass 5 baar gai hui ...first time jab mainey usay yeh bataya watery dicharge with adour smell...so she told me go for STD test. as i never had sex an other excpet my husband toh konsi STd ho sakti hy? well i go for STd and everything is fine.....but still this time again periods any say pehlay mujhy pregnancy symptoms thay but dont have prgnancy....and still having no periods....back pain ka batay doc ko toh paracetamol prescribe kar di....next time again gai lower abdomen pain ka batany toh amoxillin likh di...its heavy antiboitic..aur mujhy suit bhi nahi kar rahi....
now red chilli ap batao...is main meri kiya galti hy...yaha ilaaj zaroor hy haar cheez ka magar intizaar bht hy..DOctor say appointment k begair ap nahi ja sakty....appointment atleast 2 weeks k baad ki milti hy..yaha urine test ki report 8 days k baad aati hy aur boold test ki report 2 weeks k baad.....aur ultarsound doc nay likh k diya hy ab .....us ki call hopfully 4 weeks main aa jaye gi....ab ultarsound tak ...kiya say kiya ho jaye...kuch pata nahi.....:( |

First you have the report of ultrasound then some thing can be said. I think you must consult with gynecologist not from GP. You also need some test of hormones which can be prescribe by gynecologist after your complete checkup. |

jitni jaldi ho sakey Dr ko dikhayen...agar time late milta hai to koi bat nai but aise hi baithney se kia faida....ap khud bi apna time waste na keryen...aj hi Dr se time ley leyn aur jo time miley us k hisab se apna urine test kerwa leyn pregnancy k liye aur sath hi blood test bi kerwa leyn....blood test se pregnancy zaroor confirm ho jaye gi....phr jub ap Dr k pas jayen gi to wo ultrasound bi ker leyn gay.....lekin phr bi agar khuda nakhwasta pregnancy na hui to ye diagnose ho jaye ga k main problem kia hai.... |

NKJ kia aap apne family doctor ke pass bhi appointment liye baghiar nahi ja sakti ?
jin countries mein doctors aise kerte hain..mareez ko intezaar kerwate hain..( Europe ) mein aisa bohat sari jagao per hota hai...jab un se kaha jaye ke mareez ko bohat takleef hai to wo age se kehte hain doctor busy hai...jabke doctor busy nahi hote( ander doctor computer per aise he time zahaya ker rehe hote hain yaa nurses se gappein laga rehe hote hain)..agar koi doctor se jake puche ke mareez ko ander bheijein to wo kehte hain abhi nahi.. abhi ham busy hain( jo hote nahi hai).... .jaha per ilaaj free mein kerna hota hai waha per bhi paisey le lete hain...intezaar bhi karwate hain....lekin agar paisey lena bhool jayen to 2 yaa teen saal baad jurmana ghar bhejhe dete hain ke jo hota 20 yaa 30 euro ka hai per us ko barhaa ker 100 euro ker dete hain...aur theek tarah dehan se checkup bhi nahi kerte..aap jis jaga kaein ge ke aap ko takleef hai to wo kahein ge norml hai aap theek ho jao ge..10 mins mein 20 yaa 25 mareezon ko farigh bhi ker dete hain.....etc etc ..lekin aise logon se neebtna aap ko aana chaye...( is per agar main likhon gi to meri post lambi hojaye gi)......

agar husband ko STD ho tu yeh bimari husband se bhi lag sakti hai.

aap pakistan ke kisi pasmanda gaon aur dehat ki baat ker rahi hai ya UK jaise taraqqi yafta country ki? kia aap bata sakti hai keh UK mai agar kisi mareez ka inteqal ho jaaye tu death declear kerne mai ketna week lagate hai?
mera mashwarah hai keh aap foran kisi gynecologist se apna check up karai. agar UK mai waqt per ilaj ki facility nahi hai tu phir aap log waha kio rehti hai? |

Thnx for replying to all of you..... GP k recommendation k begair ap gyneocologist k pass nahi ja sakty. And husband ko bhi koi sTd nahi hy. Urine test and blood test negative hain. but still no period from last months.And pain in left side back .left leg and left side lower abdomen. i am restless. cant understand what to do..thinking of going back to Pakistan for two weeks for check ups. DOc na ultrasound likh k diya hy ..us ki bari next 4 weeks main aye gi....soo is say acha hy tab tak main sarey test Ato Z paksitan say karwa k aa joangi. ALlah kary koi prob na ho...actually ziyada masla lower abodmen left side pain ka hy...periods shayed harmones disturbance ki waja say miss hoon..but pain ki samjh nahi lag rahi...us k liyeh yeh paracitamol aur amoxcillin dayty hian jo mujhy suit nahi karti.....aur begair examine kary day rahy hian:(.

urgent fee de ker urgent ilaj karai pain wali baat waqai tashweesh wali baat hai, aap ka foran ultrasound hona chahiye. kio keh ectopic pregnancy bhi ho sakti hai. ectopic pregnancy ka matlab hai keh uterus ki bajaye kisi aur jagah pregnancy ho jaaye. yeh khatarnak soorathal hoti hai, aur fori operation karana perta hai. lab se pregnancy test bhi zaroori hai.
aakhir emergency mai bhi lab test aur treatment tu hota hoga. agar emergency treatment ki fee ziadah deni pare tu de de, kio keh ilaj mai der nahi honi chahiye.
mujhe yaqeen nahi aata keh aik bimar ko ilaj ke liye etna intezar kerna perta hai. ilaj ke liye aap ketni dafa pakistan aaye gi. her dafa ilaj ke liye koi pakistan kaise aa sakta hai. aap ko mashwarah hai keh aap pakistan aane ki bajaye wahi urgent fee de ker jaldi jaldi apna test aur ilaj karai.
