I am residing in UK and normally go back to Pakistan every 4 months time. Living alone in London causes me some time mental furustation which leeds me to induldge in some wrong doing. Do you have some remedy?

mein 21 year old boy hon,mujhe feel hota he k mujh mein naswaniyat he,mera dil shidat se karta he k koi male mere sath sex kare,oar mein naked raha karon,naked soya karon,lekin social system mein chup kar k reh jata hon,bazz dafa lakri se bani koi chez hip mein leta hon,lagta se shayad ye natural he,mein apne jazba se taskeen kese hasil karon?
