kio k last month jb me pregnant hui thi to hm regular sex krty thy jisky baad mjy pain b hota tha aur phir ek din ziada strok lgane ki wja se mjy pregnancy hone k 7days baad periods agy,next month ki meri periods date 15may hai jo k ALLAH kre na hi aye periods kia mjy 15 may se 2 or 3days pehle mubashrat se avoid krna chahye plz reply me

1. Breast tenderness or pain during menses is due to various factors, however; the most common one is hormonal imbalance. Every female has mainly two hormones named Estrogen and Progesterone that are responsible for the cyclical changes during a month and menstruation there after. Unbalanced level of estrogen hormones is the main cause for breast tenderness during menstruation periods. Therefore, when hormones are not balanced and estrogen levels decrease more than progesterone ones, it ends in breast tenderness. Now the question arises what to do when you have breast pain at menses. First step is to ensure your body has the support it needs to maintain good hormonal levels. The best way to go should be to start with a healthy nutrition and maybe follow a hormonal imbalance treatment. Healthy nutrition means changes in lifestyle. To perform an exercise, however; doctors think that healthy lifestyle complemented with a natural treatment like alternative medicine is excellent for treating breast tenderness during pregnancy.
2. Egg White and Vaseline or any natural product is used as a lubricant during intercourse. Lubricant usage makes the intercourse more comfortable and prevents frictions and pain. If any artificial product having hydrocarbons is used instead of above mentioned items then it may kills sperms and pregnancy becomes unlikely. Well it is not mandatory to use these lubricants in intercourse, and it may be proceeded with out their help.

The main cause as I have discussed is hormonal problem. The degree of hormonal irregularity varies from woman to woman. It is not always the case that these hormonal irregulaties might create any problem in future and in pregnancy. If your menses are regualar and don't have any extra hair growth on your body then you should not consider this extensively.
