. 4) well balanced diet,avoid too much sugary and carbohydrates,use whole grain wheat and cereals...
.5)prevent Constipation in such girls and if she is Anemic then correct that too by iron supplements...
..6) consult a good gynae doctor to check fr any hormone imbalance or prolonged infection
