Menses Probems And Strong Smell In Leucorrhea: Please Suggest Any Treatment

1. Dr mujhay 4 months seh periods ka masla hai. mujhay 3 to 4 days bleeding hoti hai woh bhi ziada nahe bht kum hoti hai. pehlay jub mere periods khatam hotay thay tou mein apna jism bht halka mehsus kerti thi, mere breasts mein pain khatam ho jati thi lakin ab periods k baad bhi regular pain rehti hai... mujhay koi aisi medicine suggest kerein jis seh mere periods normal ho aur koi side effect na ho aur aisa kis wajah seh hota hai ya mere sath ho raha hai.
2. mera doosera masla yeh hai k mere licoria ya white blood jo bhi hota hai uski smell bht hoti hai. mujhay doc nay augmentin khanay ko kaha tha, mein nay khaye thi aur aik maheena theek rahe thi, koi smell waghaira nahe aye lakin ab fir smell waghaira ati hai.. aisa kiun hota hota hai? mujhay koi aisi medi batayein jis seh mera masla solve ho jaye. thanks alot n plz do reply me...
   

1. Dear doctor, I have been having menses problem since four months. I get bleeding 3-4 days which is in little quantity. Previously at the end of menses I did feel body weight light and the breast pain was vanished, however; I now the have been feeling pain even after stopping of menses. Please suggest any medicine with which my periods would be normalized and I don’t have any side effects. Please also tell me the reason why it does so happen?
2. My second problem is that I get strong smell of Leucorrhea or white discharge. Doctor has prescribed my Augmentin that I have taken and remained alright till a month. At that time there had been no smell at all. However; now again I have started to get smell. Why does it happen so? Please let me know any medicine with which my problem would be resolved. period duration must range from 21days - 35days from first day of menses blood flow of one cycle to the next menses first day..

its okey  if u bleed for 3-4days even if less bleeding occurs..

BREAST pain..... you can just self examine yourself and check there is no lump or swelling there... then it s okey...

make sure ur undergarments are of right size..ok?.....

keep ur weight average

white discharge from vagina is very normal and its amount and thickness varies at different time of menses cycle...

whats important is that u have to maintain a real good hygiene all the time...cleanliness especially in menses..okey...

do go to a doctor if u r having an infection it be treated rest i tell advice u a few things..

If there is excess of whitish discharge that is thick and may or may not be smelly from vagina(throughout the month time and not in certain days) then it is leucorrhea................. small amount or nearly unnoticable vaginal discharge occur almost through out the month its consistency vary in different time of menstrual cycle(thats normal)....

............. Most common causes of leucorrhea are 1)poor hygiene of persön......

.2)improper diet...less nutritious diet.....

...3)hormonal imbalance....

...4)excess scratching of private area leading to infection..

 What you need to do is.......

.. 1) maintain good hygiene,proper washing,clean sanitary pads in periods and frequent or atleast 4times change pads in a day.....

...2)avoid nylon or tight undergarments...

.3) plenty of water intake,fresh juices,fruits and vegetable...also she can have multivitamins......

. 4) well balanced diet,avoid too much sugary and carbohydrates,use whole grain wheat and cereals...

.5)prevent Constipation in such girls and if she is Anemic then correct that too by iron supplements...

..6) consult a good gynae doctor to check fr any hormone imbalance or prolonged infection
