Family Marriage: Does It Harmful Madically?

Dear Doctor Saheb,

I am engagned and my fiance is my cousine (daughter of my uncle"Brother of my mother") we will soon get marriage.

I have a tension and i have heared that getting marriage in the same family or getting marriage with the cousins, you will not have healthy child while your child might die after delivery or they might not be good healthy enough.

will appreciate if you could briefly explain this topic...

Well truly speaking, there are certain genetically linked diseases that can be transmit if the marriage is done between cousins. However, no body can predict their possibly. Remember one thing also these diseases can also be transmitted in out side family marriage as well but the chances of getting them are less. There is no evidence that the children die just after birth.
