i agree with seemi jee Great Lady jee i am totally agree with Seemi Jee.Oral sex is not good habit.And if this lady do not like this thing she must advice her husband pls stop it.

Testical Sucking This is called testical sucking i dont no actully is it allowed or not but oral sex is allowed when both partners take their genitals in his/her mouth and suck it.
Self mastaburation in islam not allowed but mutual mastaburation is permissible. This means husband discharged his wife and wife discharged her husband .But proper sex is vaginal sex(intercourse). My opinion To make oral sex a habiit is not good at all, but if this is a part of the foreplay then fine but eventually intercourse shold happen n husband is fully responsible to satisfy his ife with stimulation n penetration.
