mai apni semen analysis report ki specifications neechay likh raha hon, plz give me the serious reply k meri report theek hai k nhi, mujh me koi kami to nhi hai? ya mujhay kisi treatment ya medicine k zaroorat hai k nhi?  plz reply those who have correct knowledge, or from doctors

my report is as under

quantity --- 3 ml,    

color---  Grayish,  

consistancy ---- thick

ph --- 7.1,

liquification time --- 30 min, 

total sperm count --- 95 millions

pus cells --- 4-6hpf ,  red cells --- 2-4hpf,

active after 1 hr -- 60%, sluggish after 1 hr --- 15%, dead after 1 hr ---25%

active after 3 hr --- 40%, sluggish after 3 hr -- 20%, dead after 3 hr -- 40%

Remarks:  sperm mornophology-- Normal 70%, Abnormal  30%

if u need diet advice i would say eat foods like tomato rice, beans or dal plus plenty of protein becoz semen and sperms are protein and finally food high in zinc is important and good for producing good semen.

i mean , k meri semen report normal hai ya mukh me koi kami hai father bennay k hawalay se, doctors! plz reply me, i m waiting, bcoz meri january 2008 me shadi hui hai, per meri abhi tak pragnant nhi hui hai, doctors ko dikhaya to us ki reports normal hain, phir mainay apna semen analysis test karwaya hai jis ki details mainay ooper di hain, to ab mai ye poochhna chahta hon k ye normal hai, i mean meri semen analysis report normal hai? mujhay kisi bhi qisim k treatment ki zaroorat hai ya nhi, ? plz advice me, especially doctors reply me,
